Jim: Not sure what the technical details are, but the upgrade time is
minimal, just a few minutes. I believe the database size is irrelevant.

I am migrating from  mvs server V2  to V3.  Need to upgrade DB and
trying to determine how long this takes..
Is the length of time this takes to run proportional to the size of the
database, or  does it just update templates.

Right now we have approx  500,000 pages (Q DB)  in the adsm database.
