Be careful with this! Management is asking the words "can I get virus protection
on ADSM?", but what they are realy asking is "how well are our files protected
from viruses?". Remember, don't give them what they're asking for, give them
what they want. As I see it, your job is now to go to other data managers or
platform support people and get the answers that management is looking for.

I completely agree with ya! But remember this is management asking.

( If I say flat out no, I look like I'm un-cooperative, even though I know
this will
probably be the answer. If I say I will look into it then it makes them feel
like they
are in control. They're like children.)
