Rose,
I've fought this at least 10 times on different customer sites. In every
situation it was always an NT privilege issue. I know that you've been
through that over and over, but I'd encourage you to do it again.
The service that runs the scheduler must have access to the root directory
in the drive that you are trying to back up.
I hope they aren't going to keep you from starting that new job until you
get this problem fixed. We'll miss you here.
