Rose,

Please check the NTFS permissions on the drive that is failing.  If the
permissions are restricted make sure that 'SYSTEM' has full control of the
root directory on the drive.  If you have to add 'SYSTEM' you might have to
reinstall ADSM to make it see the drive, sometimes doing a manual backup
will trigger ADSM to see the drive again.
