        We do; Here is the rough idea.
            When a node is registered we fill in the contact field with the
info used for billing
                 EX items (SerNum, Dept, BillingCode, E-Mail addr)
            Once a month we run a script that collects this info, along
with storage space used.
            Another script checks to see if Billing info is still correct.
            We resolve differences
            Make corrections to billing file and then follow up with
correcting contact field info.

             Corrected file is then shipped off to a DB and our billing
group takes over.

My company is looking into charging for ADSM services back to the Dept.
that
owns the server.
Does anyone out there currently do this, and if so, what are you using to
administer it.
