You are correct in thinking that all of that data is in your ADSM database
backup. Even more importantly than that though, is that the ADSM database
contains the pointers to all the client data that you backed up.
I would also recommend using the ADSM "backup db" command to backup your
ADSM database instead of the dsmserv dumpdb command which is normally used
when you are unable to initialize your ADSM server.
