I have been looking at my system and noticed that almost all of my storage
pools have two "FILLING" platters in use (one with < 10% utilization and one
around 50-70%). Is there a way to prevent this from happening? My jukebox is
completely filled with platters and I am trying to prevent wasted optical use.
