I am running the notes agent  v 2.1.7 on NT 4.0 and get an error when
trying to backup via a Notes program document. The error message is
"License file could not be opened". Has anyone see this and know how to
correct it.
I can run the dsmnotes.exe  from any directory at the command prompt and it
finds the license and runs a backup without a problem. The add-in menus
work finr from the client desktop as well.
