Yup, and I would think the way to move the data from the old to the new (if
you want to do that) is to set the new pool (in the new library) as the
nextstgpool in the original tape pool.  Then lower the migration threshold
on the old pool to zero.  This will take lots of tape mounts, perhaps, so
you may or may not want to do this.  The other alternative is to let the
volumes in the old tape pool to expire.  Depending on your retention
policies this might be the best approach.
