     Thanks for your reply.  We, too, have ADSM just above batch, and below
all other tasks in dispatching priority.  Exactly which 'cpu intensive'
tasks are you doing off hours?  We run expiration in the early am, but
can't get the tape drives at night to do reclamation and copy pool work.
