     Thanks.  Yes, I know about ADSM hogging CPU.  Our resource manager
turned us way back last year, and now that we are trying to add some
additional tasks it's biting us.  We're still struggling with some
mainframe techies, trying to convince them that midrange data does have
some importance.  Ah, well.  Thanks for your input.
