We created a different device class for carts that will be required to
be send offsite ie  copy stgpool volumes . Our primary stgpool carts
have a dsn of DSMP.BFC.BFS or DSMP.BFS ( the first is 3590 the second is
3490) and our copy volumes are DSMP.CPY.BFS, plus we use other device
classes for archive. This way we use a vault pattern with  CA1 to manage
our ATL and movement of carts to and from offsite storage.
