Matthew,
I was having a similar problem which required updating my TCPIP.NLM. See
http://index.storsys.ibm.com/adsm/fixes/v2r1/netware...  ip21123.3d2. It
contains STRTL5.EXE, LIBUP9.EXE, and TCP31A.EXE. These are recommended or
necessary Novell updates needed for Novell NetWare 3.X servers for running
ADSM. Dennis
