I had a Solaris 2.5 client working on Solaris 2.6. The code was not
reinstalled rather the code was just moved on to a new disk. I had
some trouble and deinstalled the 2.5 client. I can not reinstall the
2.5 client code, keep getting a script error. The Solaris server for
2.6 is available but the client is not due out until end of 1Q. If
someone has been able to alter the package or whatever and get the 2.5
client running on Solaris 2.6 could you share your process. I know the
official word is "the 2.5 client is not supported for Solaris 2.6" but
since I did have it working at one time it should be good for a month
or so.
