I have been having problems with my AIX server (V2 R1 M5 PTF 12) filling its
recovery log.  Now I see that it has compressed some of the log records and
is not allowing me to do a database backup.

I receive an ANR2362E when trying to perform the backup.  I have added
recovery log space from my recover log 'slush fund', but is there a way
to tell the server to uncompress the log records and flush the log?  I have
also tried the 'flush' command, but it does not give me any results.

Help please?!
