Jane,
        I balanced the start times and windows of the schedules to even the
network traffic so that all servers do not start at once.  Most of the
time the little desktop pcs take a couple of minutes to backup.  These I
schedule to start along with a few large server backups.  The balance
seems to work.  It is an ongoing process.
