Hello,

I have run into a problem using Window/NT 4.0 Workstation and the ADSM
CLIENT software V2.1.06 Fix IP20993.

When I first installed all was working fine. However since Friday the
BACKUP gui or the BACKUP command line programs won't start. I get a
pop-up box saying that:

AN APPLICATION ERROR HAS OCCURED AND AN APPLICATION ERROR LOG IS BEING
GENERATED.
DSM.exe  EXCEPTION: DIVIDE BY ZERO (xxxxxxxxxx) ADDRESS: xxxxxxxxx

Now I have the error log generated by DRWATSON if anyone wants to look
at it.

The only new stuff installed on the computer was CHAT TOOL and I tried
using the ADSM SCHEDULAR SERVICE INSTALLATION without completeing the
process.

Any ideas?
