Installing adsm v2.1.06 on Win95

Subject: Installing adsm v2.1.06 on Win95

Hi there;

  I have started upgrading our PC clients to v2.1.6 and ran into a snag on
Win95 installs.  When I run setup I get an error saying it can't find
"_setup.dll".  This file is on disk1.  Anyone seen this or know of a fix?
