You probably need to increase the number of semaphores and/or the number
of semaphore sets in your /etc/systems file.

The Readme for ADSM 2.1.03 says that it works for Solaris 2.3, 2.4 and
2.5.  It does not mention 2.5.1.  And, unless you modify the dsm.wrapper
script, it will start the SunOS daemons.  IBM has a separate PTF for
Solaris clients at ADSM 2.1.05 (PTF IP20880).  I would suggest upgrading
to 2.1.05 on your Solaris 2.5.1 clients.
