   trying to do migration from DISK to TAPE we encountered the following

We are running ADSM V2R1 Level 08/08 under AIX 4.1.4

As a first attempt to keep going I did an
=09upda vol srvt91 acc=3Dreadonly
to force the outstanding migration onto a new tape., but that should not
be the ultimate solution.

Any suggestions how to proceed ? Is there a fix for that problem ?
