Check to make sure that the ID you're using is allowed multiple
concurrent logins.... If you Load Monitor, then look at the Connections,
 whatever ID you're using for ADSM shows up twice.  Also, ADSM does not
handle grace logins so make sure you're not in to your grace login
period.
