There is an install problem for the Windows NLS client at level 2.1.0.3.
The apar number is IC13031 and it has been fixed.  All clients PTFs have
been replaced with the following new PTFs:

Swedish client - IP20737  replaces IP20652
German client  - IP20738  replaces IP20653
Spanish client - IP20739  replaces IP20654
Italian client - IP20740  replaces IP20655
French client  - IP20741  replaces IP20656

An old version of ADSM.PKG file has been packaged on diskette 1.  A
temporary fix for it is to edit ADSM.PKG file, replace all references
for the volume label "WINV21L2" with "WINV21L3".
