By default when netview does a snmp query on a specific ip and get the
response from a different ip, it would change the snmp ip to use the new
one for all further queries. This netmon option is used to enable or
disable that. When set to true, the fact that the response comes from a
different ip is ignored and netmon continue to use the original ip. This is
very useful with asynchronous routing or when there is a nat.
