Never mind, somehow we had a file named /apps/ITM/aix533/cw/candle in our environment. I just renamed the empty file and all is well.

Has anyone else come across this problem?

I am installing on:

AIX 5.3 ML 6

ITM FP6

Netview 7.1.5

I am trying to install the Portal Browser Client support for Netview and I am getting the following error:

I took a look at my directory structure and all my other products are installed to /apps/ITM/aix533/cw/classes/candle/kmq/resources/advice not /apps/ITM/aix533/cw/candle/knd/resources/advice/en_US it looks like the classes folder has not been defined correctly in the Netview installer.

Is there an APAR for this? I can’t seem to find anything.
