Hi,
ITSA1.3 is already installed and i get outputs for ovtopodump commands

ovtopodump -l
ovtopodump

/usr/OV/ITSL2/bin/ITSL2_reports -r layer2
/usr/OV/ITSL2/bin/ITSL2_reports -r summary

but no results for ovtopodump -X

Any idea?

You will only get info if you have IBM Tivoli Switch Analyzer (ITSA)
installed.  It would give you level 2 switch information.
