[NV-L] NetView account creation error

Hi all,

I am not used to NetView on Windows platforms....but I have to install NV 7.1.5 on a Windows 2003 Server SE box.

I've installed DB2 EE 8.2.1 as requested for DW and nvcollectord first.

I am getting the following error at the end of the installation process:

"There was an error creating the NetView account.
A member could not be added to or removed from the local group because the member does not exist."

I've also tried to create the NetView user manually and give its needed permissions before installing the NV Server......it didn't work.

Is this a Windows thing?

Any help is appreciated.
