first of all we are:

 * netview customer since version 2

 * openriver customer (riversoft then micromuse then ibm) since 2002

for simple comparison between NV and NCP i recommand that
you "read between the lines" of the redbook.

fact is that if you are an "easy customer"
(eg. did not customize anything in NV)
your migration to NCP might be painless.

if you're a customer on the edge of technological advances
expect an unusal amount of seizures and cerebral strokes
followed by mental disorders.

yet it seams that the product is getting better by the hour,
but anything more is only available under NDA.
