[NV-L] Daylights Savings Time Change

Hello,

Running on AIX 5.2 Netview 7.1.4 FP4

Reading the release notice on how the new changes to Daylights savings time effects Netview. http://www.ibm.com/support/alerts/daylightsavingstimealert.html

If my Netview Server is using ntp and gets its time from the "atomic clocks" do I still have to upgrade to FP5 or Netview 7.1.5?
