Subject: [nv-l] Submap Explorer could not connect to the NetView Console

After opening the Web Console and trying to do File - Open, it fails with the message:
The Submap Explorer could not connect to the NetView Console. Exiting the Submap Explorer.
Do you have any idea? Thanks in advance!
