I have the db2java.zip file in C:\Program Files\IBM\SQLLIB\java folder. 
NetView is running on a Windows 2003 Server Standard SP1. CLASSPATH environment 
variable was set by 
the DB2 Client installer and looks like:
 
.;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2java.zip;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc.jar
;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\db2jcc_license_cu.jar;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\bin;C:
\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\tools\db2XTrigger.jar;C:\PROGRA~1\IBM\SQLLIB\java\common.jar

Looks like a driver problem....tdwdaemon cannot find the db2java.zip file. 

Did you include the Java component when you installed the DB2 Client ?  Look 
for a file called db2java.zip. 

Make sure the  db2java..zip file shows up in your CLASSPATH. And make sure the 
CLASSPATH is apart of your NetView environment, in other words the daemons are 
started from a shell where the CLASSPATH is correctly set.
