What do you see in the trace? snmpCollect usually tells you exactly why
he won't collect. Use "snmpCollect -T " and "snmpCollect -V" so that
you get a verbose trace. If he's not collecting from the get-go, ovstop
him, then you could edit the ovsuf file to add -T,-V to the other options
that are there and get him to trace from start-up.

      Hi All,

This is a weird one, I was wondering if anyone had any ideas. I have
it into support, but response is very slow, I submitted 4/11 only
been asked to provide an snmpwalk. I upgraded existing NetView 7.1.3
to 7.1.4 FP3. Now my snmpCollect refuses to collect on locIfInBitsSec
& locIfOutBitsSec. Everything else I had collecting picked right up
after the upgrade. I deleted and re-configured, removed the list of
routers and just setup to collect on one. Still nothing! I’m stumped!
      Any ideas would be appreciated.
