Try looking in the nv.log for error messages which might explain the issue.
Otherwise, please call Support.

 Hi all,

I am running netview 7.1.4 for windows with fix pack 3.
I am facing problem when using snmpv2 browser ,whenever I browse through
the mibs and give the get value the graphical window just goes off ,I need
to start again and when I give get value it just goes ,why is this
happening?
Please help me .
