[nv-l] Expired SNMP

Hi All,
          I added a cisco 6506 with a SUP 720 to the seed file for snmp
polling only. It discoved the device and all interfaces and all are in a
green status for approximately 10 minutes. The devices will go into alarm
and I run a ping test which brings up the management interface (vlan99) and
then a demand poll. The demand poll runs for 10 + minutes.  If I delete all
interfaces (except vlan99) and demand poll the devices again, I get results
within seconds. Netview re-discovers all interfaces and all are green.   I
run a netmon trace and receive -

Any suggestions would be appreciated..   Is there any other tcpdump
parameters I should use?
