I believe it can be cleared at least 2 ways.  Easiest way, issue an ovstop cmd (you could probably even just top the trapd daemon) and delete %NetviewPath%\usr\OV\trapd.log - then issue an ovstart cmd.  When Netview restarts, it will create a new log file for trapd.log.
 
Alternately, I know you can clear specific log files inside Netview server setup (Maintain - Clear Log, Trace or Collector Files) then you just provide the correct path.

I am running the Netview 7.1.4 for windows my trapd.log is full any way to clear the logs when it reaches the maximum .could any one help me in sorting this out.
