I believe this certification is about Netview only. Netview now being part
of TEC, the name of the certification is now about tec but this is the same
old certification for Netview.

There is a certification which covers netview 7.1.4 , certification covers
both unix as well as windows the exam is called IBM certified deployment
professional -Tivoli Enterprise Console V3.8 Network Management  the url is
