Hi Larry.

I don't mean to short-circuit diagnostics here, but have you tried 
installing 7.1.4 with "instalnv -k SERVER" command? It doesn't require 
Tivoli Framework and you may have more success. Or do you have a 
requirement somewhere for 7.1.3?

Hi all,
I'm trying to install netview 713 on aix 5.2. I
already have Tivoli framework installed. I have also
checked prereq script and everything is fine. But when
i use install option for server in Tivoli product
dialog, i get this error below in NVS_713_error log
file. Any ideas? This is a fresh install.
