Hi All..
We are planning to upgrade our aix servers to 5.3, and will be required to
upgrade NV to 7.1.4 from 7.1.3 FP3

Currently Tivoli Framework is installed, and would like to know if we can
execute the upgrades out side of framework, with out any issues to NetView.
