Re: [nv-l] Symbol size (Windows platform) 7.1.4

They will always all be the same size
as each other, and they will get bigger when the screen is bigger. There
is some control over how big they should get, at least on Unix, in /usr/OV/app-defaults/OVw.
I believe that Netview is a poor way
to teach geography, however, and for most customers, the US background
map represents a real waste of space on the glass. What I do is this:
Name the location icons for the states
or regions
Bring up the US map background
Arrange things relatively close to where
they belong
Remove the background map
Move the icons around so they are evenly
spaced but their labels don't overlap.
This way operators have a relative idea
of where to look, but you don't waste a lot of space.
East is still east, and west is still
west.

I’m trying to create locations/containers
to fit in the USA map but some states are smaller where the symbol
overlaps to another state.
Is there a way to make the symbol(s) smaller?
Thanks,
Herman E. Caballero
