Only trapgend? There should be similar entries for mgragentd. Both are SMUX peers. Check his log and see whether he's having problems connecting.

check /etc/snmpd.peers - i think you have an addon Application installed
which is connecting to your snmp daemon. So the community name the
application uses != your snmpd.conf
examplex would be : ATM Cards , SNA Managers
