[nv-l] netview installation problem

hi there list!
I try to install netview 714 on windows 2000 server (new installation with
sp4) and I keep receiving the following error:

There was an error creating the NetView account.
A member could not be added to or removed from the local group because the
member does not exist.

The netview account is in fact created but is not in the Administrators
group. If I keep the account and try to reinstall I have the same error.
what is this and waht should I do?
