Fixpack1 has not been installed

AIX 5.1.0.0

 

I have a sidewinder device on my map that keeps showing as down. If I run the IP/TCP/SNMP connectivity test it comes back ok and the device turns green. The next time it does a status check it shows down again. I can do an snmpwalk to the device. If I try to run quicktest on the device it says that The SNMP agent is down or not installed. Any ideas? Is this something that was fixed in fixpack1?
