Normal situation when the Read-Write map is closed; usually after maintenance using an interactive R/W map and the system is returning to the NETVIEWD owned R/W map or when initially opening a R/W map with the "netview -dconsole" command and causing the change of image.  It can also occur if a Read-Only map is closed by its X-windows owner while the web-console is active.
