I have searched the mailing list and have not found an answer to my problem.

Keep in mind if I reboot the machine all processes are started without any errors.
   Netview 7.1.3 fixpack1 and fixpack2
   AIX 5.1

I read a thread that mentions sourcing /etc/Tivoli/setup_env.sh to setup pathing issuses. However, I do not have a /etc/Tivoli directory.

I have also tried restarting the deamons by running /etc/netnmrc and come up with the same problems.

Any help would be great.

Thanks
