Many thanks - someone has mended this link. Please could we have the 7.1.4 documentation there as well as 7.1.3?

The TEC link still only shows 3.8. The NetView link now says "This Web page is no longer supported"!!!! This worked earlier this week. Are we just between versions??? Moving to be part of TEC??? No longer wanted (at least by IBM)???
