Is there a way to manage unmanage nodes using nvmaputil when there is not an
R/W map open?

[pbsxst00007][/usr/OV/bin]>nvmaputil.sh --unmanage-node
pbsxsn00001.fritolay.pvt
There is no read/write map opened whose map name is "default".
