This won't give you the locations, but it will give you a list of network
numbers, which you can check against your location.conf file.
Create a smartset called 'Networks' with one condition of
'isNetwork'=True
Wait a few seconds till it's syncronised. Then run
nvUtil l Networks | sort -n | uniq >network.list
