Hi 7.1 on aix 4.3.3,

 i just wondering if it possible when i edited the security user for the web
console, to take the change active without restarting the web server ? 
or at least not kick out all the user that use the web console ?

if not what should be the turn around for this issue ? should i need to
program a script that restartd the daemon at night ?
