Did you have a background image setup on your main map or any other map? Are
the background image files available?

Not to scare you - but I have had this occur a number of times and I had to
restore from backup. Something got corrupted in the map database.

When I start up nv6000 right now, I get this little popup window with the
message:

        Error during reading background file.
        Press OK

It doesn't proceed opening ovw until OK is clicked.

I think this started occurring after someone tried to customize the
background picture.   Anyway, it isn't fatal, but certainly is annoying.
Anyone know how to clear this up?
