Uninstall net-snmp first.
 
rpm -qa |grep snmp
rpm -e <result>

Do you have dependencies for uninstall? Send us the result of the
command. You can use --nodeps on command rpm -e. But is always better do
the things in a clean way. May be your dependencies is a snmp-utils
package. You just need to remove it before net-snmp.
