Well I allready tried that but it does not export the SMARTSETS.
I did however find a command that is present in ver 7.1.2 and 7.1.3 but
not documented in 7.1.3, which is the -dumpDB.  This command does have
the SMARTSETS included but the -import still will not load them and
fails with error NOT IN HOSTDB error (23).
